An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Lawyer to join one of the Southwest’s leading specialist family law practices.
Our client is a highly respected niche family law firm with an established presence across the Southwest, including offices in Exeter, Bristol, Taunton, Plymouth, Weston-super-Mare, Yeovil and surrounding locations. The firm specialises exclusively in family law and has built an excellent reputation for its expertise across divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, domestic abuse and wider family-related disputes.
The firm is now looking to strengthen its senior team as part of its ongoing growth and succession planning strategy. They are particularly keen to hear from ambitious and commercially minded Family Solicitors with approximately 5 – 15 years’ PQE, although more senior individuals with strong experience and a following would also be welcomed.
This opportunity would suit somebody looking to take the next step within a specialist practice that is genuinely dedicated to family law and offers high-quality work, autonomy and long-term progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children disputes
- Cohabitation disputes
- Domestic abuse matters
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Complex relationship and family matters
The firm is known for its modern and supportive approach together with its strong emphasis on collaboration, client care and constructive resolution.
