A well-established and highly respected Southwest law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding property team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive multi-office practice with a strong reputation across Devon and Somerset. The firm advises a broad client base including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, SMEs, and agricultural businesses, offering high-quality work and genuine long-term career prospects.
The successful candidate will handle a varied Commercial Property caseload including:
- Commercial sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Development work
- Secured lending and finance
- Agricultural and rural property matters
- Overage, easements, and option agreements
- Business sales and purchases involving property elements
The firm is open to considering candidates from NQ level upwards and would welcome applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Commercial Property fee earners.
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team with strong local connections, excellent quality work, and flexibility around hybrid working.
