Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing property team. The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working both independently and collaboratively within a busy and well-established team. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the process
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
- Supporting the growth of the department through business development activities
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent)
- Ideally 2–5 years’ PQE, although more experienced candidates will also be considered
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Excellent communication, client care, and IT skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong relationship-building skills
