A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Somerset is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, and development matters. You will play an integral role in maintaining and developing client relationships, as well as contributing to the continued growth of the department.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a confident and commercially aware solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law. You will be capable of managing your own caseload independently while also working collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Providing high-quality legal advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activities
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (PQE level flexible, depending on experience)
- Proven experience in commercial property matters
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
