This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer (3+ years PQE) to join a thriving and supportive team, delivering a broad range of corporate transactional services to individuals, partnerships, and companies.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate and commercial legal services, managing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.

Your work will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including:

  • Shareholders’ agreements

  • Partnership agreements

  • Agency and franchise agreements

• Managing share and asset sales and purchases

• Implementing company constitutional changes and share restructuring

• Drafting Terms & Conditions, debentures, and directors’ guarantees

• Handling joint ventures, refinancing, and commercial contracts

• Undertaking legal research to support accurate and up-to-date advice

• Supporting colleagues on larger client projects

You’ll manage your own varied caseload, ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client service standards.

About You

You will be:

• A qualified Corporate Lawyer with 3+ years PQE

• Confident managing your own caseload from start to finish

• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of corporate law in practice

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills

• A strong communicator, able to build lasting client relationships

• Proactive, with an interest in networking and business development

• A collaborative team player, willing to support wider departmental needs
