Our client is recruiting a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their well-established team across their offices throughout Cornwall. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, supporting clients who have suffered injury as a result of negligence and guiding them through the legal process with empathy and professionalism. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, contributing to a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, slips and trips, industrial disease and more complex injury claims.

Provide clear, practical and client-focused legal advice from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.

Prepare and progress cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory requirements.

Negotiate settlements and represent clients where appropriate.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
The Candidate

Qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury work or related litigation.

Strong technical understanding of personal injury law and claims handling.

Excellent client care and communication skills.

Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.

A proactive and empathetic approach to client representation.
