We’re working with a well-respected Cornwall-based firm that is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a diverse and interesting caseload. While the firm is based in Wadebridge, this role can be carried out fully remotely, making it an ideal opportunity for those living anywhere in the UK who want to combine professional fulfilment with a more balanced lifestyle.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, debt recovery, property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, professional negligence, and boundary or neighbour issues.

Advising and representing clients from initial instruction through to resolution, whether by negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings.

Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence, and preparing cases for hearing.

Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy, providing clear and practical advice.

Working independently while remaining closely connected to the team through modern communication tools and regular collaboration.
