We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s well-established Plymouth office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to manage their own varied caseload and play a key role within a friendly and supportive team.
The Role:
You will handle a broad range of commercial property transactions, including:
- Buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses
- Lease work for landlords and tenants
- Secured lending
- Options and easements
- Other general commercial property matters
You’ll be expected to manage files independently while maintaining excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and professional contacts. A proactive approach to client care and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services are essential.
About You:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in Commercial Property Law
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Confident using case management systems
- Team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise effectively
