Legal Southwest Privacy Policy

With the new EU protection laws (GDPR) coming into effect from the 25th May 2018 LSW Legal Recruitment Ltd are taking great care to ensure it complies with all areas of the new legislation, without compromising or interrupting our service, and offering candidates complete flexibility and transparency about how their data is used.  We have taken several steps to ensure we are operating in line with the new regulations and have briefed all our staff on GDPR and what their personal responsibilities are.


We store all collected information on candidates on our private database, including CV, name, address, and requirement for a new position. The database is secure and can only be accessed by the staff of LSW Legal Recruitment Ltd.


We will continue to give registered candidates the highest level of control as to how their personal data is used, LSW Legal Recruitment will continue to store data as we believe our candidates continue to have a legitimate interest in our communications.  Should a registered candidate request removal of their data either via the website, email or phone we will delete all personally identifiable information (PII) from all of our back end systems within 48 hours of the request.  If a candidate wishes to unsubscribe from information provided by LSW Legal Recruitment all forms of communication with that candidate will stop until further notice from the candidate.  Registered candidates are able to request to look at their records should they wish to do so. 


We will only communicate with you when it is believed there is a legitimate interest in what we are communicating i.e. relevant job positions, relevant articles etc.  We will not share your data with anyone without  your permission. 


If a registered candidate wishes to complain to the Information Commissioners Offices (ICO) they can at -


All personal data is transported under secure certificates, in the unlikely event of a data breach, LSW Legal Recruitment will notify the (ICO).

We love receiving your feedback; it makes us feel so good about what we do when something lands in our inbox which improves our day beyond recognition, so please keep it coming!

Sarah and I never met, we communicated by telephone and email. But within a week of being introduced to Sarah and her team I was offered not only a great job, but one that matched my skill set and interests, and I am now finally in work with a great company that I enjoy to the full and am being paid well to do. The key to a good interview is be prepared, whether you are comfortable in interviews or have not sat across the desk from a potential employer for a while, have a think about answers to 'typical' questions you may be asked. Below are just a few frequently used interview questions.
