We are seeking a full time Solicitor or Cilex for the Commercial Property Department at this professional law firm in Barnstaple.
This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who is looking for good long-term prospects in a thriving and beautiful part of the country.
The role will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial property transactions, acting on behalf of commercial landlords, investors, developers and lenders.
You will work alongside two experienced partners and they will provide support and supervision, but will also offer you the ability to work independently and cultivate your own client-base.
There are good prospects for a hardworking, self-motivated and ambitious candidate, seeking to establish themselves in the commercial property sector.
Ideally you will have at least two year’s post qualification experience, but we are willing to consider strong candidates who have only recently qualified.
