We are looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE for this firm to join the expanding Dispute Resolution Department in Taunton.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills with the ability to manage his/her own caseload independently with appropriate supervision whilst also working effectively as part of a team.
The candidate will demonstrate the ability to cope with a high volume of good quality work and an appreciation of appropriate pricing and commerciality.
Business development forms an integral part of this role and you will be actively involved in networking and raising the profile of the Firm.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in both Commercial and Private Client litigation, ideally with experience in Property Litigation. This is a real opportunity to join the thriving and growing Dispute Resolution team.
