Opportunities to support and develop other lawyers within the team could be available.
You should have an interest in the promotion and development of the department internally and externally, and the development of the firm including maintaining its high reputation. Having 5 years + PQE or to have carried a full private client based caseload for a minimum of 5 years. STEP membership welcomed but not essential.
