The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate their knowledge in the areas and could be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or a practising lawyer with at least 5 years of running a successful caseload.
You should be professional, organised, competent, enthusiastic and ambitious. You should be able to produce a high quality service, maintain excellent file administration and work successfully with other Lawyers and support staff. Full supervision and training will be given to the successful candidate where needed, and a willingness to want to develop specialisms in this type of work is as important as having had years of practical experience in doing so. Opportunities to support and develop other lawyers within the team could be available.
You should have an interest in the promotion and development of the department internally and externally, and the development of the firm including maintaining its high reputation. Having 5 years + PQE or to have carried a full private client based caseload for a minimum of 5 years. STEP membership welcomed but not essential.
