On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced, ambitious Family Solicitor to join their team in Torquay.
The successful applicant must want to grow a department and also have the ability to run the practice, this opportunity is described by the business owner as; “we can offer an individual a platform on which to build their own family practice, run the practice as they wish with a view to becoming a Partner in a very short space of time”. Our client can provide the support needed to make this happen. There is an existing caseload of family work however there is also the prospect to expand this.
Experience required:
- Divorce & matrimonial disputes
- Separation agreements
- Co-habitation disputes
- Financial settlements upon divorce, separation and civil partnership dissolution
- Pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements
- Living together agreements/co-habitation deeds
- Advice in relation to other family property disputes
- Children (including contact, residence, relocation and parental responsibility)
- Marketing & Business development skills
- Staff supervision
