On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor / Partner.
Job Overview:
You will be dealing with a wide range of commercial and corporate matters ranging from share sales and purchases, shareholders agreements, business restructuring including share reorganisations to any general commercial matters requiring legal expertise. GDPR experience would also be an advantage.
You will need to be able to work independently and have the skills and abilities to deliver high quality legal advice. Supporting members of staff and growing your team.
