We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Agricultural Property Lawyer (3 yrs+ PQE) to join the busy Property team at this professional law firm based in Taunton. However, there is the possibility to be based from other nearby offices for part of each week.
You will be reporting directly to the Partner and handle a wide range of agricultural property matters. With a focus on business development, you will take a lead role in developing business networks and creating opportunities across the sector in the region, generating new business opportunities, whilst providing excellent services to existing agricultural property clients.
As an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer in agricultural property, you will already work at a senior level, either in the South West area, or feel able to transfer your skills and contacts to a new region.
You will be a ‘self-starter’ who thrives in this sector, you are self-motivated and ambitious, with a focus on client care. You will have enthusiasm and flair for client contact, networking and business development, being a strong and confident communicator who enjoys generating and developing new business connections. You will already have demonstrated your ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and show a genuine commitment to their care.
