Our client is a dynamic and successful Devon based Law firm. They have had exceptional growth over the past few years, and it is now one of the largest practices in the Devon and Somerset area.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their property team on a full time (36.25 hours per week), permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload including all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties
- Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s risk management procedures
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers
