Our client is an established Exeter law firm and on their behalf, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer.
About you:
- You will ideally have at least 4 years’ experience of fee earning and managing your own caseload, in residential property, any commercial property experience is a bonus.
- Be able to run your own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property matters including freehold/leasehold, purchases, sales and remortgage matters
- Have excellent communication and client care skills
- Be highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in case management system and keen to provide suggestions to improve the tools you’re using every day
- Confident to speak to clients about more complex elements of their case
- Offer guidance to less experienced staff members
- Produce a high-quality service, maintain excellent file administration, and work successfully with other lawyers and support staff
- A full Driving Licence is desirable.
