On behalf of our client, we are seeking a hard-working, and motivated individual to join their busy award-winning residential conveyancing team in their Plymouth city centre offices.
This varied position involves managing your own caseload of conveyancing files for clients and working alongside other members of the residential conveyancing team. You will be expected to promote yourself and the firm to win work from existing and new clients and referrers and to take part in business development activities.
Ideally, you will have not less than two years of experience and be capable of being self-sufficient in handling your caseload. You will possess a proven track record in terms of billing and demonstrable success in winning new client business.
You will have drive and energy, absolute integrity and a desire to put the client and quality of service first. You will be a team player able to work under supervision, yet also be capable of taking responsibility, be a good communicator, possess excellent IT skills and have experience with computerised case management systems.
