Overview:
The Real Estate Solicitor will join a well-established and dynamic legal team, providing expert advice on a broad range of property matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, and investment projects, for a diverse client base across both the private and public sectors.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Solicitor will manage their own caseload while contributing to larger, more complex projects as part of a collaborative team. Key responsibilities include:

Advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and developments.

Supporting and managing investment and development projects, from initial instruction through to completion.

Conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts and related documentation.

Assisting with regeneration, joint venture, and property finance matters.

Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas such as corporate, construction, banking, and planning to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent service delivery.

Managing files in compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.

Participating in business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the real estate practice.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in real estate or commercial property law.

Strong technical knowledge and an ability to manage matters independently.

Excellent communication and client care skills, with a proactive and professional approach.

Demonstrated commercial awareness and sound judgement.

A team player with the confidence and initiative to support wider departmental objectives.
