On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Property Administration Assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis with the opportunity for hybrid working.
Salary : £22,620
Your role as part of the busy Social Housing property team will include a broad range of administrative tasks such as opening files, closing files, carrying out searches, dealing with Land Registry applications, searches and requisitions, scanning in and posting documents, photocopying, taking messages from clients, preparing slips for money transfers and receipts and providing administrative support to the team.
Skills and experience required:
You will be willing to learn, be efficient, flexible, very well organised with a ‘can-do’ attitude and an ability to work under pressure and to work closely with team members.
You may have had some previous legal administrative experience or be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in property work but training by the team will be provided.
