On our clients behalf we are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years PQE to join their prestigious and highly successful Planning, Land Use and Environmental team based in the Yeovil office. (Other locations across Devon can be accommodated)
Dealing with private individuals, and businesses including property developers, you will cover a number of specialist areas. This will include planning applications and objections, planning appeals, pollution control, development plan representations, Section 106 agreements, tree preservation orders, Statutory and Private Nuisance, breach of condition notices, enforcement notices and environment prosecutions.
You will be fully supported as necessary by the property and litigation experts and will become an integral part of the leading Commercial Legal Services division.
