On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Receptionist to work for them on a full-time, permanent basis. Hybrid working available.

The role will entail you working within the Client Service team, you will process new business enquiries generated via telephone, email and from the website including operating the firm’s live-chat software. You will utilise the firm’s ‘enquiry process’ to triage and signpost enquiries to the correct team. You will be responsible for logging all new business enquiries and general call logs.  You will support the reception team and provide cover as required. You will also assist with general administrative duties where necessary.

For the role you will be an excellent communicator, you will be passionate about delivering excellent client care as well as efficient administrator who can quickly identify where a client enquiry should be directed.  Your telephone skills will be professional and reflect the values of our firm ensuring that every client has the best possible experience from their first point of contact.

Previous experience of how a professional services firm works would be an advantage.
