Our client is a Devon based modern law practice with their head office in based in Plymouth, Devon.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive NQ or upto 2 years PQE to join their Medical Negligence team.
The Role:
You will be assisting the Head of Department and working with the team on complex and high value medical negligence cases, including birth injury claims, as well as running your own caseload of suitable medical negligence cases with supervision. This is a rare and excellent opportunity to work with and learn from a highly respected medical negligence specialist in an equally respected specialist department, acting solely for claimants.
You will be based at the Plymouth office with the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis.
Requirements for the role:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. It is essential that you have previous experience of working for a reputable law firm in a similar role as part of a team and experience of running and managing a client caseload.
