On behalf of our client, a well-established law firm in Devon, We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is a full-time role based in either their Barnstaple or Kingsbridge offices.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on:
- Building disputes
- Housing disrepair
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Neighbour & boundary disputes
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, advising clients confidently on legal issues, and working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
We are seeking applications from:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge and experience in litigation
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
