We are seeking a legal advisor to work in the Family team at this professional law firm in the St Austell Office. We are considering 0-2 year PQE solicitor, CILEX qualified applicants, experienced paralegals and legal secretaries.
This is a full time permanent opportunity working 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for their first step into family practice area. You will be working as a Solicitor or Paralegal within the Family Team. Your work will encompass all aspects of family work but will focus mainly on supporting senior lawyers with children and injunctive matters. Previous experience in family matters is not essential as all training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be a person with an enthusiasm for family work as full training will be provided for the right applicant.
You will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment. You will be a quick learner and have the ability take on a varied and challenging workload. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care. With time you will be expected to develop your ability to run your own caseload.
The position would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. Excellent all-round communication skills, professional telephone manner and attention to detail is essential.
