On behalf of our client, we are seeking a candidate to join the firm as Head of Residential Conveyancing at their Exeter office.
The Head of Residential Conveyancing will manage a busy and expanding team of conveyancing fee earners, be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team including acting as an escalation point for junior or non-qualified members of the team whilst undertaking a full range of conveyancing work from inception to post completion. You will also take responsibility for the relationships with referrer clients including lenders and estate agencies. You will possess strong communication skills allowing you to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues across the firm.
