Legal Southwest
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing family team to deal with Care and Legal Aid matters. Ideally you will be on a panel/Children Law accredited, or willing to apply (which the firm will fully support.) You will be able to supervise more junior members of the team and willing to become a Legal Aid Supervisor within your role.
This role will see the successful applicant join an expanding team and deal with all types of family related, including legal aid, taking on an existing caseload whilst looking for opportunities to grow the caseload and for personal development, within the company.

You should have excellent communication, networking and client-facing skills alongside enviable experience of dealing with childcare and legal aid related matters. The role may require travel to our other offices, as well as Court attendance.
Hours of work are between Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
For the role you will have a positive approach and an ability to work alone and as part of a team to get the job done is essential. Applicants who have experience of attracting work, seeking opportunities and growing a department using marketing and networking are particularly welcome.
The successful applicant should also be a vehicle owner and hold a full driving licence.
This role can be hybrid and based from several Somerset offices.
