On our clients behalf we are looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis into their Taunton based office. Our client is flexible on the level of PQE and is seeking someone who can deal with an existing and busy caseload.
For the role you will ideally have experience of dealing with the Inheritance Act, contested wills, executor disputes and equitable interest claims, also be able to work both on your own initiative and as part of a supportive team, have a professional and friendly approach to clients and be able to work to a high standard providing good client care.
