On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to work on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established, highly regarded team.
The successful candidate will be working within a friendly and enthusiastic multi-office team and could be based in any of the Somerset offices to suit the candidate’s location with hybrid working arrangements if desired.
The Commercial Property team has a strong reputation locally, with a number of high-profile clients based locally, London and across the country.
The role would suit a candidate with 4-8 years’ PQE. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, lease renewals and lease management matters, property finance and development matters and corporate transaction support. You will also have the benefit of support from specialist lawyers in the firm’s planning, litigation, construction and residential teams.
