On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining calendars
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Post, Printing and scanning documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Skills required:
- Good IT Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
