An exciting opportunity has arisen for an LLB/GDL/LPC Graduate with an advanced elective in property law and experience of handling conveyancing matters, or some property or Paralegal experience gained within private practice, to join a leading law firm with offices across the UK and internationally.  Offering genuine scope for progression with clear career opportunities, an excellent salary package and comprehensive benefits scheme, the right candidates are rewarded for their hard work and commitment and offered training and support as required within this well-grounded, friendly and professional law firm. 


Providing high level administrative and Paralegal support to the firm’s Housing & Regeneration/Sales & Home Ownership Team, your responsibilities will include assisting with completions, Land Registry applications, SDLT returns, assisting on residential conveyancing matters, ensuing that files are compliant, dealing with adoption agreements for sewers, roads and open spaces, advising registered providers and private developers on new build sales, negotiation of easements and wayleaves, deeds of grants of rights, substation leases and transfers, assisting solicitors on property and development transactions for developers and housing associations and dealing with routine transactions such as land swaps and small disposals and acquisitions.


So, what sort of person are we looking for?  Well, you'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work calmly and diligently under pressure.  A committed team player but also able to work independently prioritising a busy workload, you will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail and be full of initiative.


You will need excellent IT skills with fast and accurate typing as this role does require you to provide administrative support.  As such, knowledge of MS Office is essential and you must be comfortable producing documents to a high standard and to agreed timescales.
