We love receiving your Feedback!

We love receiving your feedback; it makes us feel so good about what we do when something lands in our inbox which improves our day beyond recognition, so please keep it coming!
Sarah and I never met, we communicated by telephone and email. But within a week of being introduced to Sarah and her team I was offered not only a great job, but one that matched my skill set and interests, and I am now finally in work with a great company that I enjoy to the full and am being paid well to do. It has led me to understand that we can have as many qualifications and past work relevant experiences as we can but these are irrelevant unless opportunity is there. For me at least Sarah and Legal Southwest offered that opportunity, in a professional and friendly way, no problems. As a client I would not only recommend Legal Southwest, but Sarah and her team with full confidence. If I were to find myself looking for employment and career prospects in the future (although I hope now I will never need to do) as a first port of call there would be no other contact I would look up straight away. I also got a parcel on my desk a couple of weeks later. Thanks Sarah, my kindest regards.
Lee, Law Grad/Paralegal
"The service I received from Michala and Sarah at Legal Southwest was very friendly and professional at all times and resulted in a successful move! I would happily recommend them".
Lynne (Corporate Partner)
Michala worked around the clock to ensure an incredibly swift transfer between firms. It was a mere few days before I found my second training contract thanks to Michala and her team, they offer their service in a delightful, yet pragmatic way which enables not only a comfortable transition, but the right one too.
Daniel (Trainee Solicitor, Plymouth)
Afternoon ladies, how are you all?
I'm settling in really well here, it really is a very friendly and professional firm and probably one of the best I've joined, if not the best.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for finding me this role and for your patience. I knew it would take time but looking back now it's seemed to have flown by.
Thank you for your help in getting here!
(Commercial Property Associate, relocated back from London to Devon)
"Please share my thanks with your team, they have been so helpful and have really had my back. I would recommend you every time!"
Private Client Solicitor, Truro
"I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for sticking with me, I know I haven't been the easiest candidate, but your helpful and no pressure approach allowed me to make the right decision in the end. Your expert advice, guidance and support has been so appreciated and I will recommend you to anyone seeking a new job in the legal profession."
Claire (Paralegal, Exeter)
I have been meaning to email you
all week just to say thank you again for finding the post for me. I had my first appraisal and am relieved to say it was probably one
of the best I have had. They are very happy with how I have picked up the
cases, organised the department together with moving home to
Exeter. It has been challenging and a lot of hard work, but great. The
staff are so supportive and have been welcoming and I have made
some nice friends. Thank you to everyone again at Legal SouthWest.
Best wishes and kind regards.
Donna (Legal Secretary, relocated to Exeter)
"I'd highly recommend Michala and Sarah at Legal Southwest. Both are extremely friendly and made me feel important to them rather than just another person through the door. They made applying for jobs easy and were full of great advice when an interview was lined up. Very supportive through the whole process and got me a job in the perfect role which is a perfect fit for me".
Nicola, Trainee Solicitor
"I had a call from Michala suggesting a job that I would not have considered before. Michala instantly said that it would suit my skill set and told me more. A few days later I was interviewed and offered and not only did it fit my skill set, I would say it was a perfect fit.
I am very excited to be joining my new company and it would not have happened without the support from Michala and her team (Sarah).
A big thank you and highly recommended!
I will be sure to use the Legal Southwest team for any related recruitment I may need going forward!"
Matthew, Practice Manager
"Sarah and Michala are a pleasure to work with. They listen to and understand the needs of both candidates and employers to ensure that there is a good fit in the recruitment process and can make intuitive connections leading to matches which really work".

The key to a good interview is be prepared, whether you are comfortable in interviews or have not sat across the desk from a potential employer for a while, have a think about answers to 'typical' questions you may be asked. Below are just a few frequently used interview questions.

- - What are your strengths?
- - What are your weaknesses?
- - What's been your biggest success at work?
- - What is the biggest mistake you ever made?
- - What is the biggest challenge you have ever faced?
- - How do you cope with difficult colleagues?
- - You've changed jobs three times in the past five years, why should I think you are more serious about this one?
- - What do you do outside work?
