We love receiving your feedback; it makes us feel so good about what we do when something lands in our inbox which improves our day beyond recognition, so please keep it coming!

Michala worked around the clock to ensure an incredibly swift transfer between firms. It was a mere few days before I found my second training contract thanks to Michala and her team, they offer their service in a delightful, yet pragmatic way which enables not only a comfortable transition, but the right one too.

Daniel (Trainee Solicitor, Plymouth)

Afternoon ladies, how are you all?

I'm settling in really well here, it really is a very friendly and professional firm and probably one of the best I've joined, if not the best.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for finding me this role and for your patience.  I knew it would take time but looking back now it's seemed to have flown by.

Thank you for your help in getting here!

Best wishes

Natalie

(Commercial Property Associate, relocated back from London to Devon)

"Please share my thanks with your team, they have been so helpful and have really had my back. I would recommend you every time!"
Private Client Solicitor, Truro

"I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for sticking with me, I know I haven't been the easiest candidate, but your helpful and no pressure approach allowed me to make the right decision in the end.  Your expert advice, guidance and support has been so appreciated and I will recommend you to anyone seeking a new job in the legal profession."
Best Wishes,
Claire (Paralegal, Exeter)

I have been meaning to email you all week just to say thank you again for finding the post for me.  I had my first appraisal and am relieved to say it was probably one of the best I have had. They are very happy with how I have picked up the cases, organised the department together with moving home to Exeter.  It has been challenging and a lot of hard work, but great. The staff are so supportive and have been welcoming and I have made some nice friends.  Thank you to everyone again at Legal SouthWest.

Best wishes and kind regards.
Donna (Legal Secretary, relocated to Exeter)

Recruitment for Legal Professionals!

Posted on October 18, 2017 by  Michala Willson, Director

We are really busy here at Legal Southwest!  We recruit for law firms across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset and are finding the legal market to be buoyant.

Property Solicitors are always in demand together with Private Client Solicitors.  We are also finding Litigation roles becoming increasingly more available with a steady flow of Family, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury jobs available, so if you are looking for a move, please do get in touch.

Even if a specific role isn't advertised on our website, we often know of jobs that are due to come up or firms will often create a role for a really strong candidate so it's definitely worth contacting us for an informal and confidential chat.

We are legal recruitment experts and Southwest law firms trust us with their legal vacancies so you can contact us or apply for our roles with complete confidence.  We are also the only recruitment agency in the Southwest who deal exclusively with legal recruitment so we know the market extremely well so are best equipped to advise on legal roles.

Kind regards,

Michala
