An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administrator, with a strong private client admin background and ideally with experience of estate planning to join a highly regarded and well established practice based in Dawlish. Offering a competitive salary dependent upon skills and experience and a pleasant and friendly working environment, you will join a dedicated and experienced team who specialise in Wills, Trusts, LPAs, Estate Administration and Asset Protection.
You will provide essential administrative assistance with a varied and interesting caseload and will assist with all aspects of private client needs with a focus on Estate Planning. You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills and good IT skills with fast and accurate keyboard skills. In addition you will have good communication skills and a professional and friendly manner.
Within your role you will be dealing with general administration, opening and closing files, scanning and photocopying, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, dealing with confidential client information, meeting deadlines and liaising with other law firms, clients, Courts etc. You will also be a team player but equally able to work on your own initiative prioritising a busy workload.
