Due to continued expansion, the firm's Housing & Regeneration Team now require an additional team member to provide high level administrative and Paralegal support and assist with a caseload of Residential Property matters.  It is essential therefore that you do have experience of running a caseload and previous property experience to allow you to provide the level of support required by the team.


Your role will involve assisting with a caseload for private clients of residential property matters (sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, houses and flats, registered and unregistered properties, buy to let properties etc), carrying out searches and reviewing titles and documents, post completion reporting, drafting basic documents, file maintenance, checking of schedules and any other ad hoc administrative task.


So, what sort of person are we looking for?  Well, you'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work calmly and diligently under pressure.  A committed team player but also able to work independently prioritising a busy workload, you will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail and be full of initiative.


You will need excellent IT skills with fast and accurate typing as this role does require you to provide administrative support.  As such, knowledge of MS Office is essential and you must be comfortable producing documents to a high standard and to agreed timescales.
